Engagement terms, kept plain.

All projects, retainers, media production, and digital delivery work are subject to final scope, timing, pricing, and approval terms confirmed in writing before execution.

    [01]

    Proposals and scope

Quoted pricing, deliverables, and timelines are estimates until approved. Work begins only after written confirmation of scope and any required deposit.

    [02]

    Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, approvals, factual accuracy of supplied materials, and all permissions needed for locations, assets, and usage rights.

    [03]

    Payment and delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due according to the proposal or contract. Final assets may be withheld until outstanding balances are cleared.

    [04]

    Intellectual property

Usage rights transfer according to the agreed scope. Swiss Property Studio retains ownership of pre-existing tools, systems, templates, and internal production methods unless explicitly assigned.

Serious briefs are scoped before they are sold.

If you are considering a website, media package, or broader rollout, the formal project terms are set inside the proposal stage. The public terms page is there to show the operating standard, not replace the commercial brief.
